Franco Paraiso

Franco Paraiso is a professional choreographer, assistant coach, and dance educator from Las Vegas, Nevada. A founding member and former captain of the UNLV Rebel Girls & Company in 2017, he joined the coaching staff in 2019.

Over nine seasons he has helped lead the program to five UDA Division 1A Hip Hop National Championships, seven UDA Division 1A Game Day National Championships, and three ICU Premier Hip Hop World Championships. As a choreographer he has earned multiple top-three NDTC finishes and a DTU National Championship with Miami Arts, and he serves as a Master Instructor for UDA Summer Camps, specializing in authentic hip hop technique and street dance education.

Franco's day at DXNY also includes a free Parent and Student Master Q&A from 5:05 to 5:35 PM, open to all registered families, with insight into training expectations, audition preparation, and the collegiate and professional dance path.
